What is a stress is Nothing

You see that
The first thing you need to understand is what the reason for your stress is- anything like people, family responsibilities, job, career, anything.
At this time, you understand that you automatically win against your stress.

What is the real meaning?
saw
Stress is that which is created with small anxiety; this anxiety is connected with our overthinking, and then it becomes stress in your mind.

Stress comes in two ways: first, unpredictable events and predictable events.s

1. Some stress arises from unpredictable events that occur without warning. Examples include accidents, sudden illnesses, natural disasters, the unexpected loss of a loved one, job loss, financial crises, theft, or other unforeseen life events. These situations can create significant emotional and psychological stress because individuals have little or no control over them

2. Predictable stress comes from situations that are relatively under a person's control. Examples include career decisions, exam preparation, family responsibilities, financial management, work deadlines, and personal goal achievement.

Solution: There is only one solution for unpredictable and predictable stress

IN THESE, I THINK NOTHING IS STRESSFUL

I mean, stress does not come to us; we create the stress. My point is that when your childhood is in your family, somebody dies, and something wrong happens, but you are happy because you saw nothing, not the truth: you did not overthink about it.

Because a child see every thing you understand every child which ages is 7 to 11 he know every thing what is gone on her sourend any badthing or goodthing he also feel those sad moments which we feel and also the happenise and which we feel but we take the stress form badthing it did not take any type of stress you know why because in our child hood all things is new for us whetevr is bad or good the child did not juje them in correct or worng he only see and passout form them.

If something real badhappens with you, you only need to think like a child and not think too much about it; you reduce your stress and anxiety, your overthinking. You see that you only need to understand that in this life nothing is stressful; your mind creates them

Badthing and goodthing all are life cycle things; you can not hide from them. Someday, you need to face them
