you need your perfect business

Understand these points very carefully. In this world, there is only one way to become rich, and that is by doing business. Nobody becomes truly rich by doing a job. Anyone can become rich, but if you only do a job, you are just surviving and wasting your valuable time working 24/7.

Think about this: a job only gives you safety for survival and gives you work to pass the time until you die.

Look at all the rich people around you—like celebrities, athletes, and business owners. Everyone is doing business because everyone is selling something. Some sell their acting skills, some sell their physical sports skills, and some sell their products. Most people think that celebrities and athletes are not doing business, but they are wrong. Every rich person sells something of their own; they do not just work under another person.

Some people will disagree with me and say that a job can also make you rich. To understand why that is not true, look at the Output and Input Formula:

Output: Normally, people think "output" means producing good results. Every business owner needs workers who can give the right output to grow the company. That is why companies give jobs to people. In this "Output" category, the company has all the power. If one person does not accept the job or the rules, the company easily hires the next person.

Input "Input" means giving something so unique and valuable that you cannot be replaced. In this category, companies do not have options to replace you; instead, you have the choice of who you want to work with. It is the exact opposite of the Output category.

This is the big difference between doing a normal job and doing business. I know that people like a CEO or CFO get very high salaries and become rich from their jobs. But in reality, they are not doing a normal job. They are selling very high, irreplaceable value in the form of a job—so we must count them as doing business.

So, look closely at your own job: If you can be easily replaced, you are in the Output category (doing a job). If you cannot be replaced, you are in the Input category (doing business). Check which category you are in to know if you are really doing a job or doing business.

Why 95% of Businesses Fail (And How to Succeed)

To become rich, you must first understand how to stop a business.

I see many people start a business because they want to get rich, but 95% of them fail. Only 5% of people succeed. So, what is the real difference between a business that fails and one that succeeds?

The main reason is that nobody knows when and how to stop a business. Starting a business is very easy; it is not a big deal. The hard part is making it successful. People think that if they just work hard on their business, it will become successful one day. That is not true. Working hard is good, but it does not guarantee success.

1) Know When to Stop a Business. People start businesses in many ways—some have a new idea, some copy others, and some join their family business. Everyone enters the market easily, but nobody knows how to exit the right way.

Not every business is right for every person. Think of it like choosing a life partner. Before you marry someone, you check everything—their habits, what they like, what they dislike, and what they can do. You have to do the exact same thing with your business. You must find the right business that matches you. If you are in the wrong business, stop it immediately without any doubt. It is always better to stop and restart with a new one.

Most people start a business without doing any research. They do not check if the business will actually give them the results they want, or if it will just waste their time and money. To find out if a business is right for you, you must understand these three points:

  • Right Output: Everyone thinks the only result of a business is profit. Profit is important, but your feelings also matter. Does the work you do to make that profit actually make you happy and satisfied? If you make money, but the work makes you unhappy, then that profit is just a trap forcing you to do bad work. Not all profit is good profit.
  • Stopping the Business: To start something right, you first need to stop the wrong thing you are currently doing. Starting is easy, but stopping is very hard. When you try to stop a failing business, many things will force you to continue—like family pressure, fear of losing your reputation, and your own emotions. Your mind will remind you of how much hard work you already put in and the small benefits you are getting. It will give you many excuses not to quit, but you must control your feelings and make the strong decision to stop so you can do something bigger.
  • Restarting Again: When a business fails and you start again with a new plan, you become stronger. Every failed business teaches you what you did wrong and what you did right. Failure does not mean you cannot build a successful business; it actually gives you more experience and potential than anyone else.
Every time is perfect to take step

The 3 Rules to Make a Business Successful

Once you find the right business, you must follow these three rules carefully to make it successful:

1) Know Your Limits. Many businesses have great potential, but they fail because the owners think they can do everything by themselves. Remember: you are not special, and you are not a know-it-all genius. You are a warrior. A good warrior knows how to fight, how to protect themselves, and knows their own limits—so they take help from others. This is the real world, not a movie. Everyone has limits. Find your weak points, accept them, and get help to fix them.

2) Use Other People's Power. In business, different people are masters of different skills. You must use their skills to grow your business. However, I see that most business owners are afraid to add skilled people to their team. They think that bringing in others will reduce their share of the profits or steal their network. This fear shows a lack of true leadership. If you are afraid to use talented people, you are already being controlled by fear—a weak mindset created by society. A real leader uses other people's knowledge and experience for their own benefit.

3) Stay Consistent: Focus on growing the business, not on the problems. In business, problems will always come and go. If you get stuck crying over problems instead of solving them, you will never succeed. Understand that problems are simply lessons that teach us how to grow and why we must never give up.

YOU STILL HAVE A CHOICE.

Core insights, philosophical inquiries, and practical solutions explored throughout this work.

Why is doing business the only way to become truly rich?

The essay explains that true wealth comes from doing business because it involves selling unique value. Jobs only provide safety for survival and are easily replaceable, whereas business owners create irreplaceable input.

What is the difference between the Output and Input categories in work?

Output refers to roles where workers can be easily replaced and companies hold the power. Input means providing unique, irreplaceable value, giving the individual power to choose their work relationships, which is characteristic of business.

Why do 95% of businesses fail according to the essay?

Most businesses fail because owners do not know when or how to stop a failing business. Starting a business is easy, but success requires knowing when to exit and choosing the right business that fits one's goals and happiness.

How can you tell if you are doing a normal job or running a business?

If your role is easily replaceable, you are doing a normal job (Output category). If you provide unique, irreplaceable value that companies cannot replace, you are effectively running a business (Input category).

What should you consider before starting or stopping a business?

You must research if the business aligns with your goals and happiness. Consider if the profit you earn makes you satisfied or if it traps you in unhappy work. Stopping a wrong business early is crucial to success.

Why is stopping a business harder than starting one?

Stopping a business is difficult due to emotional attachments, family pressure, fear of reputation loss, and other psychological barriers. However, knowing when to stop is essential to avoid wasting time and resources.

Are high-level executives like CEOs considered to be doing a job or business?

High-level executives sell highly valuable, irreplaceable input and thus are considered to be doing business rather than a normal job, even though they receive salaries.

How does the essay compare choosing a business to choosing a life partner?

Just like choosing a life partner requires understanding habits and compatibility, choosing a business requires thorough research to ensure it fits your skills, goals, and satisfaction before committing.
