The Real Meaning of Money

In this world, we are born into different religions, cultures, and languages, but we all share one common trait: everyone works for money.

But if I ask, what does money actually mean?

Most people will say that you can buy anything with it. But you already know that is not true. You cannot buy ideas, and you cannot buy genuine relationships. So, I ask again: what is the real meaning of money?

Everyone has a different perspective. If we look at how the world views wealth, people generally fall into three categories:

The 60%
These people do not know the true meaning of money. They only use it when they need to survive. When they run out of money, they blame life, their circumstances, and everything around them. These individuals typically remain in the poor or middle class.

The 35%
These people believe that money can buy absolutely everything. They spend their lives planning and focusing entirely on storing more and more wealth. They often start companies and earn a massive amount of money, but in the end, they feel empty. Eventually, they realize their fundamental understanding of money was wrong from the very start.

The 5%
These are the people who truly understand money. To them, money is simply a tool used to reach a larger goal—acquiring money is never the goal itself. If money isn't actively helping them achieve their true purpose, they view it as nothing. These are the people who become millionaires and billionaires.

  • For Example: If your ultimate goal is to become the best singer in the world, you will work tirelessly at your craft. When you finally become the best, the money and popularity will naturally follow as a bonus to your actual goal.

So, you have a choice: What do you really want?

Money Power

Money power is the force that saves you in bad situations and helps you reach your goals.

Everyone possesses some level of money power, whether they have a massive fortune or just a small amount. However, this power only grows for those who actually know how to use it. Those who do not understand it are constantly losing their power.

To control this power, you must completely change your perspective. You need to understand how money works, its past, and its future. But how do you make this money power work for your specific goals?

You have to find that answer for yourself. In life, nobody can tell you exactly how to use your money to achieve your unique dreams. People will give you endless opinions—some will say "save it," others will say "invest it"—but all of that advice is entirely meaningless if you do not personally understand how to wield your own power.

Increase Your Money Intelligence

To figure this out, you must increase your financial knowledge by reading books and observing both successful and unsuccessful people.

Always remember: successful people will tell you exactly what you should do to achieve your goals. On the other hand, unsuccessful people will teach you what you should not do, which is just as important to keep you from destroying your chances.

Let’s understand this with a personal example:
When I was in my teenage years, I wanted to build my physical strength. Many people told me to just go to the gym, assuming that would automatically make me strong.

But one day, a guy who had absolutely no strength gave me different advice. He told me to stop my bad habits (like excessive masturbation) and to eat healthy; only then would I naturally become strong. Why did he tell me this? Because he had gone to the gym for a whole year, but since he had terrible habits—masturbating five times a day and eating oily junk food—the gym never worked for him.

You must understand that sometimes, an unsuccessful person can give you better, more practical advice on what to avoid than a successful person can.

So, learn from everyone, observe their mistakes, and develop your money intelligence!
